Staying at the Venue
KASF 2026 runs across two days, and participants travelling from outside the capital region or from overseas are encouraged to stay at or near the venue. A negotiated group rate for participants is being arranged with the hotel and will be published here, together with the booking code, once confirmed.

July is peak season around Incheon. Participants travelling from overseas are advised to secure accommodation as soon as their attendance is confirmed.
